The ABS900 9-Piece CNC Router Bit Set is Axiom's most comprehensive set for signmaking, carving, lettering and engraving. The 1/4'' and 1/2'' shanks make the set compatible with all Axiom Pro series CNCs. The six Spektra™ bits have a nACo® nanocomposite coating that results in a tinted coloring, extreme hardness and heat resistance. Use the 1-1/8'' diameter mortising bit to flatten your sacrificial MDF spoilboard for the utmost in precision, the 1/8'' and 1/4'' down-spiral straight bits for pocketing and cutout operations, the 1/4'' radius core box bit for removing large amounts of material, the three ball nose bits for details and smoothing, the 90° V-groove bit for crisp corners on letters, and the Carving Liner bit for small characters and fine details. Each router bit is manufactured from Amana's exclusive grade of carbide, in keeping with stringent quality standards. Includes wooden storage box.
