What Happens Next

We will text or email you when your store is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive a follow-up email before heading to the store. 

Important Pickup Instructions

Only the person whose name is listed on the billing address on the account is authorized to pick it up. We’re unable to release the order to anyone else.  After receiving the Ready for Pickup email, please bring:

• A valid photo ID
• A copy of the Ready for Pickup email (digital or printed)

We’ll hold your order for 5 days. If it’s not picked up by then, it will be canceled and refunded.
