These heavy-duty, triple-chip grind blades are designed for glue-line ripping in solid wood, producing clean edges that reduce the need for follow-up joint preparation.
Designed for glue-line ripping, these blades use a triple-chip grind (TCG) to produce smooth, straight rip cuts in softwood and hardwood. Industrial chromium micrograin carbide helps maintain sharp edges, while tri-metal brazing strengthens the tooth-to-plate connection for demanding use. The chrome-coated plate, heat-expansion slots and precision sharpening support stable cutting and long service life.
