These bits drill the perfect holes for our Churchill Pen Kits (#28448, #21447, each sold separately). The 33/64" bit is for the cap, and the 31/64" bit is for the pen barrel. Both bits are machined to precise tolerances for a perfect fit to your pen hardware. Though they are similar in size, the bits look very different for easy identification.
