E-Z LOK Threaded Insert for Metal - Thin Wall - 303 Stainless - Pack of 5

Solid wall threaded inserts repair and reinforce threaded holes in soft metals. Designed with standard external threads, these inserts install without the need for a special tap or installation tool. Simply drill out the damaged threads, re-tap the hole, and thread in the insert like an ordinary fastener. Preapplied adhesive on the external threads activates upon installation and secures the insert in the hole. Stainless steel design provides greater corrosion resistance.
