These one-piece, easy-to-install Grass TEC face frame hinges can handle cabinet doors of any size, weight or material. Available in three overlays ranging from 1/2'' to 1-1/4'', they feature an integrated, adjustable soft-close mechanism and can be fine-tuned in three dimensions—left/right, up/down and in/out. Changing the amount of soft-close tension is as easy as moving an adjustment switch. It is set to strong at the factory, which is ideal for counteracting the weight of heavy doors. Set it to medium for average size doors with normal closing pressure. Choose the light setting for closing smaller, lightweight doors that require very little closing pressure.

We recommend using our JIG IT Deluxe Concealed Hinge Drilling System and 35mm Long-Shank Forstner Bit (#53420 and #10117, both sold separately), plus JIG IT Hinge Plate Template C (#58009, sold separately) to install these hinges accurately and easily.
