Micro Jig MatchFit Dovetail Router Bit - 1/4'' Shank
This MatchFit Dovetail Router Bit is designed specifically to create tracks that fit MatchFit Dovetail Clamps (#61047, sold separately). Its 1/2'' x 14° cut with unique rounded corners forms a durable track profile and minimizes splintering. The rounded corners at the narrow end of the profile also provide a wider tolerance range—the bit can be set to a depth ranging from 0.365'' to 0.385'' and still be fully compatible with MatchFit dovetail products. Within that range, the width of the groove at the surface of the material will remain the same but with varying degrees of roundover.
