This accessory backing pad allows you to use 5'' diameter abrasives with your Mirka 6'' diameter random orbit sander. It is specially weighted with a 130 gram weight to ensure proper balance on 6'' sanders. This gives you increased flexibility, and access to a wider variety of abrasives with a single sander. The backup pad features a medium density for a wide variety of common sanding tasks. Hook-and-loop attachment allows easy swapping of different abrasive grits, while multiple dust collection holes ensure a clean work environment when used with a dust extraction system.
