Soss Routing Jig-Select Size

Choose the version of the jig that corresponds with your Soss hinge to easily and accurately rout a correctly sized mortise in your project.

All versions of the jig require a handheld router outfitted with a 3/4" OD x 21/32" ID guide bushing with a 9/16" distance past base (not included).

Item #83600 requires a 1/4" diameter straight or down-cut spiral router bit and works with Soss Model 101 Hinges (#26518, #30664 and #35294, all sold separately).

Item #83593 requires a 3/8" diameter straight or down-cut spiral router bit and works with Soss Model 204 Hinges (#26526, #30671 and #36991, all sold separately).

Item #83585 requires a 1/2" diameter straight or down-cut spiral router bit and works with Soss Model 216 Hinges (#26287, sold separately).
