System Three S-1 Sealer is a two-part clear penetrating epoxy sealer that displays excellent adhesion and superb wetting properties on on most surfaces, including woods, metals and fiberglass reinforced polyester. It is completely waterproof, resistant to salt air, salt water, mild acids, alkalis, chemicals and many solvents, making it ideal for prolonging the life of the underlying material. Use two to three coats for interior applications, and four to six coats for exterior applications. Makes an excellent primer for most paints and clear finishes. Exterior applications must be covered with a UV-resistant topcoat.
