Thick Shim Set for Veritas Joinery Table for Festool Domino, 8-Piece

Made from anodized aluminum, this set of eight shims includes two each of 10mm, 12mm, 14mm and 16mm thicknesses. Like the original 6mm shims, they can be placed in either of the Veritas Joinery Table for Festool Domino’s (#78799, sold separately) two shim positions (+0mm, or -1mm). Having the full range of shim sizes (including 6mm) lets you choose offsets ranging from 5mm to 21mm from the reference face of the workpiece. In double-mortise applications, the offset distance can also be referenced from a previous mortise position, using one of the shims to establish the center-to-center spacing of the mortises.

The set comes with a pair of 1-7/8''-long studs to accommodate the extra shim thickness when mounting the Festool DF 500 Domino Joiner to the table. Made in Canada.
