A precision-ground tungsten carbide rod is held in the brass angle-setting hub, so you can set the hook angle you want and burnish the clamped scraper with confidence. The ergonomic molded body has a slot that fits over the scraper to maintain the burnishing angle while keeping your hands away from the sharp hooked edge.
