Zero-clearance inserts are most effective when there is truly zero space between bit and insert. But over time, the gap widens from the inevitable friction and flexing. These blank inserts will bring back the pristine cut quality, and also bring zero clearance to a wider variety of bits. Made from solid ABS, the inserts can be used with any router bit up to 1-1/2'' in diameter.
