Also known as "Pau Ferro," Bolivian Rosewood exhibits a deep, chocolate brown color with contrasting hints of purple, interspersed with even darker brown to black growth lines. Dense, but easily worked, it makes a standout choice to complement your best spindle turnings. Takes an excellent polish. Generously cut at 1-1/2'' square—perfect for turning custom handles for tools, kitchen utensils, bottle stoppers and more. You can also subdivide into pen blanks or knife scales.
