This comprehensive kit includes nearly every accessory you'll need to work along edges, mill precise dados, grooves and flutes, template rout, create circles and much more with your Festool OF 1010 router. For starters, you get five sizes of imperial template guides in 3/8'', 1/2'', 5/8'', 3/4'' and 1'' sizes to carry out template-routing tasks. A Guide Rail Adapter with Fine Adjuster lets you use your router in tandem with Festool guide rails (sold separately) for making perfectly straight cuts any distance in from the edge of a workpiece. You can also rout circles and curves up to almost 30'' in diameter with the Trammel Unit. The transparent Base Runner sub-base offers a clear view of the worksurface and is especially helpful when paired with an LED Light Ring LM-OF (#76428, sold separately). Or install the black Router Baseplate Widener AFB-OF 1010 R sub-base for routing along the edge of a workpiece—it increases the router's footprint and adds stability to the operation. A Dust Extraction Hood and Chip Deflector help to keep the work area and your lungs cleaner when routing edges. All these components fit neatly into the customized, foam-lined interior of a Systainer SYS3 M 187, with additional space for storing a collection of router bits (not included).
