FlexCut® Hooked Skew Knife

The Flexcut Hooked Skew Knife features a hooked radial bevel, and is perfect for waterfowl carving. It can also be used to make v-cuts using a rolling action. The carving knife can be held with a pencil grip or a conventional grip. A recess at the base of the blade allows you to "choke up" for more precise cuts. Like other Flexcut knives, the Hooked Skew Knife features a comfortable solid ash handle.
