Freud® 97-158 3-Pc. Door Router Bit Set - 1" H x 1/2" Shank

This set includes the Premier Adjustable Quarter Round Rail and Stile Bits, which can mill tenons of any length! Simply remove the top portion of the cutter (including bearing and spindle) to produce the front of the long tenon profile for blind tenons, through tenons or bridle joints. These precise bits work for any door 5/8" to 1-1/4" thick. The unique cutter geometry virtually eliminates tearout. Adjustable shims let you adjust the panel groove from 7/32" to 1/4" thick, enabling a tight fit when using plywood. Also includes a 3-1/2" diameter Cove Raised Panel Bit with back cutter. The panel raiser is a Freud exclusive Quadra-Cut bit, which features four cutters specially configured for incredibly smooth cuts. With the included relief cutter, you won't have to plane your panel stock to 5/8", saving labor and wear and tear on your tools.
