Micro Jig ZeroPlay Guide Bar System, Double Kit

The ZeroPlay miter bar adjusts to the exact width of your miter slot, meaning it won't wiggle around and cause inaccurate cuts. Each guide bar is composed of two interlocking plastic bars that adjust laterally to the exact width of your miter slot. The two guide bars are easily calibrated from the top of jigs and fixtures and are easy to retrofit. The System includes two 9-1/4'' guide bars (each with a top and bottom half), plus two Miter Stops that lock into your miter track to use as material stops (see note below on miter track compatibility for the stops). It also includes assembly hardware and plans to build a table saw crosscutting jig with offcut deflector, jointing fence alignment jig for the router table, and hold-down clamps made from scrap materials.

IMPORTANT: The included Miter Stops require a T-type miter slot. However, the Guide Bar itself will fit either a square-bottomed miter slot or a T-type miter slot. If you have a square-bottomed slot, and want the Guide Bar only, see Item #35828.
