Built for production environments equipped with 460V three-phase power, the 209BHH-4 combines a 5HP motor with a 20'' cutting width and 8'' maximum board thickness capacity. Its four-row helical cutterhead carries 68 four-sided carbide inserts for convenient individual insert rotation when they nick or dull. It spins at 5,200 RPM for a smooth finish with reduced noise. A built-in digital readout supports repeatable thickness settings, while selectable 16 and 28 FPM feed rates let operators choose between smoother surfaces or faster feed rate. Solid cast iron tables provide stable work support, and the 4'' bi-directional dust port is designed for a 900 CFM collection system.
