Ramia Diamond 1800 Combo Package

A good woodworking bench needs at least one vise, plenty of benchtop to work comfortably and enough mass to dampen vibration and stay put. The Diamond 1800 Workbench meets all those criteria to help you do your best work. It comes with two vises that feature cast iron housings, precision lead screws and double steel rods to keep their long faces moving smoothly and parallel to the benchtop. Even better, you can choose where to mount them, based on whether you’re right- or left-handed or if you prefer a vise on both ends. Predrilled mounting locations make the vises easy to install. At just over 2 ft. wide and more than 5 ft. long, the solid European beech top is large enough to build full-size furniture or cabinets. It's outfitted with loads of bench dog holes to assist the vises, wherever you locate them. A full-length tool tray gives you a spot to stage tools where they're visible but out of the way.

This combo package expands the bench's storage space and versatility. The Storage Cabinet Hobby 2 (#79778) rests on the bench's lower rails and features a double-doored cabinet with shelf alongside a bank of four matching drawers. The PROFI Workbench Accessory Kit (#70278) includes holdfast clamps and pairs of aluminum and cork clamping pads to protect the vise faces or delicate workpieces from damage while clamping. A steel anvil plate with integral bench dog fits into the dog holes so you can use the bench for pounding metal without damaging the benchtop.
