Never risk botched cuts while breaking expensive sheet goods down to size. You'll get arrow-straight results every time with this versatile straightedge system! One edge of the two 52'' aluminum straightedge guide rails is flat, to serve as a contact surface for the bases of circular saws, routers and jigsaws. The other angled edge has a bright, erasable surface for marking and using as a helpful layout story stick. One length of straight edge will let you crosscut 48''-wide sheets in a single pass. Or connect both guide rails end-to-end with the included union bars to create a 104''-long straightedge for making full-length rip cuts on 8-ft.-long material.

The system also comes with an aluminum T-fence that fastens to the guide rails for a quick and accurate way to square the straightedge to your workpiece. A pair of included black power tool guides can add even more cutting precision. They slide along a channel on top of the straightedges and, when fitted with 12'' x 12'' Acrylic Bases (#42279, sold separately), enable a router or saw to be attached to make integrated power tool platforms for complete cutting control.
