• Create a set of four custom steak knives by mounting handle scales made of wood or another material of your choice
• Premium German stainless steel for increased impact and corrosion resistance
• Factory sharpened to a razor edge; blade design allows for a long life of resharpening
• Measures 9'' long from tip to butt and just under 1'' wide
• Blade measures about 4-1/4'' long from tip to bolster
• Handle/tang measures about 4-1/8'' from back face of bolster to butt
• Integral bolster squares off at back face for smooth, easy-to-machine transition to handle scales
• Bolster features 1/4'' roundovers on top and bottom so scales can be machined with a router to match profile
• Blade is about 2.5mm thick at spine
• Bolster and handle tang are made from 304 stainless steel
• Includes two 1/4'' x 1-1/4'' stainless steel pins for each knife to help secure scales to handle; slots in handle provide additional anchor points for epoxy
