Swan Tool Group Firehawk Trim Square

This compact trim square will be handy for general layout, joinery and machine tool setup, whether you're woodworking or tackling the latest carpentry project. Its black fence lets you butt the square against the edges of workpieces for drawing square lines, checking for square ends or marking angles off the hypotenuse. It also stands the square up on tool tables for adjusting blade angles. An included Falcon Depth Stop attaches to the fence and slides along it to check and set blade and bit heights. It locks in place with a knurled quick-adjust thumbscrew. A hole in the stop fits a Pica-Dry Automatic Pencil (not included), and a second thumbscrew secures it so the square and stop can be used as a scribing tool—useful for cabinet installation, chair-making and more. One end of the fence is milled with 1/8'' and 1/4'' offsets to simplify trim layout and make reveals easier to space.
