Rikon Outboard Turning Kit 70-9083

Expand the capability of your Rikon 70-1824VSR or 70-1824VSR2 lathe for outboard turning with this three-piece kit. It includes a 16'' cast-iron lathe bed extension plus a tool rest extension knuckle and a tool rest height extension for retrofitting the banjo and tool rest that come with the lathe.

Rikon 70-9083 Outboard Turning Kit Details:

• Modifies the left end of the bed on a Rikon 70-1824VSR or 70-1824VSR2 lathe for outboard turning
• Bed extension made of cast iron for durability and to help dampen vibration
• Bolts in place easily using pre-drilled installation holes on lathe bed
• Tool rest extension knuckle fits on lathe banjo and extends tool rest reach by 7-1/2''
• Height extension raises tool rest 4'' higher to accommodate larger outboard swing capacity
• Tool rest extension knuckle and height extension have 1''-diameter posts and holes to work with lathe's banjo and tool rest
• Ratcheting levers make settings easy to adjust and lock
