Shaper Bench Pilot with Shelf Upgrade Kit

While a key benefit of Shaper Origin is that you can operate it like a router, freehand use isn't always the most convenient option. In those situations, BenchPilot can convert it into an automated, hands-free cutting system, so you can focus on other tasks instead, and let BenchPilot do the navigating. Think of it as an autopilot controlled by Origin. Once your Gen1 or Gen2 Origin is clipped into place, BenchPilot drives Origin from point A to point B, with Origin continuing to handle the small precision movements. The gantry-like system provides horizontal and vertical milling capabilities. It's sized to be fully compatible with Shaper Workstation (#63080, sold separately), but BenchPilot can also be mounted directly to your workbench without Workstation for even more cutting capacity. Best of all, there's no complicated software, G-code or any other type of CNC programming required to operate it—Origin's onboard software controls it all.

Included Shelf Upgrade Kit maximizes Shaper Workstation's horizontal cutting area!
At more than three times the size of the shelf assembly that comes with your Shaper Workstation (#63080, sold separately), this Shelf Upgrade Kit will maximize its horizontal cutting area. Simply slide the large shelf into place on Workstation's clamping face, set the leg against the floor and lock in its height with the lever. The leg has coarse and fine adjustment to ensure that the shelf surface is flush with the top of the Workstation from back to front and remains that way under load.
