Offering more than 4' x 4' of machining capacity in an open-base platform, Next Wave's CNC Shark HD644 Pro can cut, carve, drill, shape and mill both large and small workpieces with absolute precision and efficiency. Engineered for professional duty, it has a 3HP water-cooled spindle that travels on high-speed linear guides and bearings, with high-speed anti-backlash and ultra precise leadscrews on all axes. A 10.1''-wide color-enhanced pendant controller with touch screen eliminates the need for a separate computer to operate the CNC, if you use VCarvePro software (available separately). Or you can run the Shark HD644 Pro from your laptop or PC with the included Ready2Control program. It lets you use Next Wave's exclusive patented Virtual Zero Unlimited software, which adjusts your design to fit curves and angles that would be impossible on other brands of machines.

Ready to assemble on table measuring at least 64" x 64", which is not included, the HD644 Pro is perfect for projects such as carving plaques, signs, ornamental boxes, and milling precision parts from wood, soft metals or plastics. This CNC router offers 3D carving capability with a 3D model library included. You can cut beautiful relief carvings and intricate inlays plus exquisitely detailed engravings. It's also compatible with a variety of Next Wave accessories (sold separately), including 4th axis for rotary carving, laser modules for engraving, digital probe for 3D duplication and more.
