The Front Range Woodturners are committed to serving woodturners in the Denver Metropolitan by sharing woodturning ideas, techniques, tools, materials, activities and promoting woodturning as an art form and craft.
Colorado Woodworker's Guild
When: Third Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm
The Colorado Woodworkers' Guild is an organization of over 200 woodworkers devoted to promoting learning and excellence in all forms of woodworking. Interests include but aren't limited to musical instruments, furniture, cabinetry, wood art, and turnings.
Mile High Model Ships Club
When: First Saturday of each month at 10am
The Mile High Model Ships club is built around creating a safe and professional learning environment that welcomes anyone interested in naval history and building model ships in all scales from kits to scratch builds.
Rocky Mountain Marquetry Guild
When: Second Saturday of each month at 10am
The Rocky Mountain Marquetry Guild is a group of hobbyist and professional woodworkers with a variety of marquetry skills. Meetings provide a safe place to receive encouragement and advice, as well as sharing techniques, tools, and resources.
Rocky Mountain Shipwrights
When: Third Saturday of each month at 9am
We are a group of model shipbuilders in Colorado dedicated to promoting, developing, and furthering scale model ship building. But we’re not all expert modelers. Some members are working on their first models. They get advice and encouragement from those who are more experienced, and the goal is for everyone to enjoy the hobby of building model ships and to get the satisfaction of completing and displaying their handiwork.
1/700th Scale Ship & RC Modeling Club
When: Fourth Saturday of each month at 10am
The 1/700th Scale Ship & RC Modeling Club deal with all things specialized for smaller, unique projects. The club shares custom builds and discusses intricate means of construction and hardware choice. For those wishing to share and/or be among like-minded people for mini scale model ships or hand-build RC vehicles, check them out!
