Our top-of-the-line router tabletop offers the ultimate in routing ease and accuracy, including an integrated router lift with convenient side-mounted controls.
If you're ready to invest in the components for a premium router table, accept no compromises when it comes to the most important feature: the tabletop! This ProMax Ultra Cast Iron Router Table with Integrated Pro Lift combines the best aspects of our previous cast iron table and Pro Lift router lift and makes them even better to bring you the ultimate in routing ease and efficiency. The 1-3/4''-thick cast iron surface is reinforced with ample webbing underneath and machined flat to deliver smooth, accurate cuts. Our award-winning Pro Lift Router Lift packs all the popular features woodworkers have come to trust from our Pro Lifts while eliminating the usual router lift plate opening in the tabletop. Integrating the lift into the table casting provides more continuous surface in the bit area without the usual insert plate gaps that can catch workpiece corners and trap routing dust. You'll discover that raising and lowering the router bit is as easy as cranking the handle or twisting the fine adjustment dial on the side-mounted gearbox. This way, no matter what jig you are using, there are no dials on the table surface to adjust, so your jigs are never in the way. Five aluminum Snap-Lock insert rings that remove with the push of a button will simplify bit changes. And we've incorporated both a standard miter slot and universal T-track slot, plus tapped holes for installing several of our most popular router table accessories (see details, below).
Rockler ProMax Ultra Cast Iron Router Table with Integrated Pro Lift Details:
Beefy 1-3/4''-thick vibration-dampening cast iron tabletop is machined flat to deliver smooth, accurate cuts
24'' x 32'' tabletop provides more than five square feet of work surface and is designed to stand up to heavy use
Integrated router lift eliminates the need for a router plate, creating a continuous surface for greater strength and smoother workpiece movement
All bit height adjustments are made from the side of the table—no dials on top of the table that can be difficult to access when using jigs
Router lift features two adjustment speeds: Quick-Gear 4-to-1 gear box ratio to dramatically speed bit changes and make coarse height adjustments, plus a precision gear for making adjustments to within 0.001''
Incorporates our popular tool-free Snap-Lock insert ring system—just push the button to release the insert ring
Includes five anodized aluminum Snap-Lock insert rings: 5/8'', 1'', 1-1/4'', 1-7/8'' and 2-3/4'' I.D.
Quick-adjustment handle can be pulled outward and swung out of the way when necessary to reach micro-adjust dial and then pushed back in for later use
Adjustable brake lever integrated in front of table helps lock in router lift setting for extra hold during extended runs
Fine adjustment dial can be zeroed out to enable precise fine tuning with 1/64'' marks
Side gear box includes storage spot for included starter pin
Dual Track with Universal T-track and standard miter slot is machined directly into the table's surface
Tapped holes (and included screws) for mounting the Dust Right Dust Bucket (#56248, sold separately), Dado Dust Chute (#57495, sold separately), Rock-Steady Router Table Stand (#65117, sold separately) and Steel Router Table Cabinet (#54931, sold separately)
Will my router fit?
Without an adapter collar, the Integrated Pro Lift fits full-size router motors with a 4.2'' diameter (13.85'' circumference), including:
Porter-Cable 7518
Porter-Cable 7519
Bora PM-6200 (#77774, sold separately)
Using a 3-1/2'' Pro Lift Adapter Collar (#57022, sold separately), the lift fits router motors with a 3-1/4'' diameter (10.21'' circumference), including:
Bosch 1617
DeWalt DW616
DeWalt DW618
Porter-Cable 690 series
Porter-Cable 890 series
Note: If you are unsure of your router motor's diameter, check the manual or measure the circumference with a tailor's tape. Measuring the circumference is easier than measuring the diameter. The optional collar has an expansion gap, so it will accept motors measuring 1/8'' larger or smaller in diameter than the listed spec.
